After contacting Youcan Robot, please elaborate on the product's existing problems. Youcan Robot Technical Support will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue by phone, email , or remote assistance. Youcan Robot guides you through the downloading and installing of designated software updates.
If over-the-phone application software updates can not solve your problem, you will need to send the product back to the Youcan Robot for further testing. Youcan Robot arranges the service according to the type of warranty service the product has.
YOUCAN ROBOT’S SERVICE TYPE
Youcan Robot offers you the following after-scales service: return service, replacement service and warranty service. For more information, contact Youcan Robot. In the product warranty period the product performance failure, you can apply for product warranty service. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS AND COMPONENTS
